2024 Midwestern Regional Conference

June 21 – 23, 2024

Host: Ohio

Plan to attend a weekend will be filled with workshops, fellowship and fun!

The conference will be held in the Education Building on the Bowling Green State University Campus. Meals will be in the meeting room and/or All-You-Can-Eat Cafeteria.

Lodging will be in dorm rooms with 2 xl twin beds and private bathroom.

All buildings are ADA accessible and within a 2-minute walk.

Registration / Price for the event:

Conference Fee $130, which includes Friday supper, 3 meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast, and double occupancy room.

Single occupancy rooms are available for an additional $64.00.

Hotel options are available across from the campus. Conference rate will be adjusted for those staying in hotel.

What to Bring

• Silent Auction Item wrapped with clue attached
• Bedding and shower Items
• Snacks for the dorm area. All snacks in meeting room will be provided.
• Clothes appropriate for the weather.

Special Notes

There will be no Public Speaking, Sign-a-Song or Grange Baseball contests at the conference. Each state is responsible for selecting and sending their representatives to National Convention.

We are looking for 2-4 volunteers from visiting states to present a 30–45 minute workshop/activity.
